ON LOAN FROM JUVENTUS
Powerful striker Stephy was the under-21s’ top goalscorer last season, hitting the target 17 times in 30 appearances to help Steve Gatting’s side earn promotion to Division One. In the play-off final, the front man struck twice against Aston Villa in an emphatic 3-1 victory at the Emirates Stadium. The forward was also ever present in Arsenal's FA Youth Cup run to the semi-final, scoring three times in the competition. Hardworking and strong in possession, Derby-born Stephy went to the Under-17s World Cup in Chile in 2015, but was unable find the back of the net as England crashed out of the group stages. In his element as a lone striker due to his strong build and eye for goal, Stephy will be hoping to add more goals to his growing tally this season at Championship side Preston North End. After a short loan at Preston North End, Stephy moved to Charlton Athletic in the January 2018 transfer window, where he scored on his home debut, in a 1-0 win against Oldham Athletic.
In August 2018 Stephy signed with Juventus from Arsenal on a permanent transfer deal.
