Dr Rory Cowlam better known as Rory the Vet is a practicing Veterinary doctor who is currently furthering his education studying small animal surgery.  In a short space of time Rory has begun to build a wonderful start to a career with television with a leading role in the CBBC show The Pet Factor now on its 5 series of production. As well as this Rory has had guests spots on Blue Peter, BBC Breakfast, Lorraine, CBBC HQ as well as Saturday Morning Mash Up where his warmth and knowledge has shown through.


A graduate from the Royal Veterinary College in 2015 he has since gone to succeed in being a welcomed as a member of the Neighbourhood Vet practice based in East Dulwich, London.  Rory’s approach and ethos is centred around education and communication and he is working hard in changing the perception of Vets by building a wider knowledge for the general public within care and health of animals. Rory was nominated for Vet of the Year 2018 at the Animal Star Awards and is a patron of the charity Oak and Furrows wildlife centre as well as a volunteer of the charity project Streetvet.


A charismatic and confident spokesperson, Rory has the ability to engage with a wide range of audiences. He was a leading personality at the CBBC Summer Social live event both in 2017/2018 which include live TV broadcast.


With ever growing followers within Rory’s social platforms including being the founder of Rory is becoming a desirable brand spokesperson/partner with a reach across many demographics. He has currently worked with Doc Pocket and Beaumont the Bear showcasing his durability within the market place.
