Danny Jamieson is an accredited broadcaster and presenter, holding a master degree in sports broadcast journalism. He has a wide variety of broadcast experience including working with the Premier League, BT Sport, Amazon Prime, Wimbledon, and the EFL.
Danny currently works on BT Sport Score every Saturday, reporting goals as they go in from the National League and FA Cup games across the weekend programme. He also reports for all of BT’s mid-week UEFA Europa League and Champions league coverage.
Danny’s work for Premier League Productions has included presenting Premier League’s Fanzone, reporter for Premier League Today as well as the Fantasy Premier League Show. He is also a regular voice each week across PLP and BT Sport for the review show.
For the past two years, Danny has also been involved in Amazon’s Premier League coverage, reporting on the games broadcast exclusively on Amazon Prime Video Sport.
Away from football Danny has hosted Wimbledon coffee morning, a live social media preview show every morning of the Championships from the roof of the Broadcast Centre. Danny reprised this role at the return of Wimbledon in Summer 2021.
Danny was also involved in Channel 4’s coverage of the Tokyo Paralympics 2021, voicing the highlights show as well as presenting live from the homes of some of GB’s top paralympians.
Danny’s broadcast experience also extends to radio having been a pundit on TalkSPORT's Fantasy Premier League Kick off show, plus a studio pundit on NFL Match Day Live.
Danny is also an accomplished voiceover artist, having featured on EFL highlights show on Quest and BT Sport’s National League highlights.
Danny Grew up just outside Wigan and attended both Liverpool and Staffordshire universities before relocating to London. He is a big fan of all things Americana and country music.
His football knowledge also extends to American football, being a dedicated fan of San Francisco 49ers, attending their games both home and away.
